Very nice way to wake up but such a shame the app has to be used with the iPhone on and plugged in to the mains... The screen glowing on all night is a pain...

What a great way to wake up. Ive always hated waking up to alarm clocks, so much I never use them. I love the soft slow wake up of this app. Good job!!

Could really use a setting so you can pre-set for certain days and dont have to manually set each time.

I love that there are different sounds to wake up too. Waking up to the sunrise effect makes me feel more refreshed than a loud buzzer.

There is not enough light to help easy me awake and provide the effects of a sunrise alarm. I bought the upgrade for the extra nature sounds, which I appreciate and I would love to see a thunder storm added. Thanks.

I like this alarm but mostly I like the idea of it. It still needs some work. The thing that baffles me is when something obvious is left out of the programming. In this case one thing, but its a doosey. Once the alarm is set, my ipod touch emits a lot of light in the alarm clock view regardless of how much I dim the numbers. I dont want my room lit up while Im trying to sleep. Please fix this in an update. Simple - no light when I sleep, lots of light to wake me up. Add to that, the amount of light that is being given off during the night is a major drain on the batteries.

I love waking up to the sound of birds, as it reminds me if a summer day with the windows open. BUT... There is way too much light coming off of the iPod at night. So much, that I have to turn it away from my face to go to sleep. Kind of defeats the purpose of the wake up light.

I used to love this alarm, but ever since I upgraded my iOS the app just crashes (and I sleep in)

Seriously the best alarm clock ever - wakes you gently with an easy transition from deep to light sleep to wakefulness. I love it and thank you!

the "dark" screen kills of the battery pretty fast and it isnt exactly dark. i dont know if it is possible to turn the screen off completely on the iphone and then light it up, but this apps dark screen is just the same brightness as the sunrise screen, only the color is different. its so bright, it has been impossible for me to even fall a sleep for a little while. its a shame, since its a nice app with all the alarm sounds and stuff, but it just doesnt do what its supposed to.

I want to like this app but it has too many quirks. The first issue is that if you turn the brightness down but then go back into the app, the brightness is always set back to 50%. This is really a pain becuase the room is usually dark and Im blinded every time I want to make an adjustment. Second issue is that you cant set the snooze longer than 5 minutes. If you do snooze it, the light stays on and its almost immediately back in alarm mode. Third issue is that the you have to leave your phone unlocked for the alarm to work. I dont mind the big clock display but it would be nicer if you could dim that even more and if you have to go into your phone for any reason, you have to remember to go back is and reactivate the alarm. The final thing is just that I dont think the interface is that nice. Its very white and bright, which again, if youre in a dark room and making any adjustments, you are being blinded. On the plus side, I do like that fact that the alarm uses light and the sounds. The best part was when I had the sound set to cat purring and my boyfriend said, "What the heck is that? A chupacabra?"

it should have different sounds to choose from. The bird´s sound can be quite annoying after a while. you will want to kill the bird who woke you up instead of "embracing the morning" . better buy the alarm clock where it wakes u up with your favorite music.

Desired features: random sound each morning. Select a song from iPod library. Good product! Much cheaper than hardware alarm.

No joke. Set it up repeatedly and it quite simply doesnt work. Just what I am looking for in an alarm...

Lots of options for sounds, colors, snooze, and volume. Works everyday I use it.

Instead of getting jolted awake by annoying sudden beeps i can now wake up to the ocean gradually getting louder with each wave. Its such a peaceful way to eake up. You also wake up easier and are more alert and energized. If you hate waking up in morning or are a commom "snoozer" then this is the app for you!!!!!

Great concept. I liked the alarms. The snooze feature does not work. When I touch the screen the alarm goes off and changes views. The only option is to hit the activate button that in turn turns the alarm back on. The ramp up on the alarms starts too high. Would have given it at least a four these two things worked.
